Information Security and Privacy Policy
PLANIMATIK SL (hereinafter, “Planimatik”) is focused on simplifying freight transport management through the efficiency enabled by AI, centralizing chats, calls, and emails with carriers and transforming them into useful information to optimize transport planning and execution, without disrupting their workflows.
Planimatik, aware of the importance of cybersecurity, has established the organization, processes, tools, and controls required to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, authenticity, and traceability of information, as well as the availability of the services provided to clients, in accordance with international standards and the following objectives:
- To raise awareness and provide training to its staff, collaborators, and users on good practices in information security and privacy.
- To assess and address information security and privacy risks.
- To prevent and respond effectively to information security and privacy events or incidents.
- To ensure the continuity of business operations.
- To proactively comply with legislation on personal data protection, intellectual and industrial property, Artificial Intelligence, and any other applicable laws.

- To evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of information security and privacy processes and controls.
- To continuously improve information security and privacy management.
Accordingly, Planimatik’s Management is committed to allocating the necessary and proportionate human and material resources to achieve the security and privacy objectives.
Oversight of information security and privacy is the responsibility of Planimatik’s Management, which delegates to the Information Security Officer the necessary authority for the implementation, maintenance, and certification of its Information Security Management System (ISMS), in accordance with the standard “UNE-ISO/IEC 27001:2023 Information security, cybersecurity and privacy protection — Information security management systems”, with the support of its entire workforce and collaborators.
Planimatik has an extended version of this Policy available, upon request, to clients, regulators, suppliers, and any other legitimately interested party, and it has also distributed it among its employees.
